**Job Title: Maintenance Technician- 2nd shift! $31/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for performing alignments and adjustments on machinery, general facility maintenance, and regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform alignments and adjustments on machinery. + Conduct general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. + Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines. + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues related to CNC equipment. + Calibrate and align CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy. + Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled systems to ensure proper operation. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC issues, including wiring, programming, and sensor malfunctions. + Maintain and repair welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of maintenance experience. + 3+ years of CNC repair experience. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Strong knowledge in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, CNC, and electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, union company with very low turnover, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA options, life & AD&D insurance, 401k matching, and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). **Work Environment** This is a direct placement role on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 AM, with potential overtime until 1:00 AM and occasional Saturday shifts (3 out of every 6 Saturdays).
