**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues throughout the plant. This role involves performing regular preventative maintenance on all machinery, including corrugated machines, flexo machinery, and die cutters. Additionally, the technician will assist with the installation of electrical systems throughout the facility and on production equipment. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues within the plant. + Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery such as corrugated machines, flexo machinery, and die cutters. + Assist with the installation of electrical systems throughout the facility and on production equipment. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience. + Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, including Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. + Proficiency in wire paneling and reading schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred. + Ability to work independently after completing training. + Possession of personal tools on Day 1 is required. **Why Work Here** Enjoy the benefits of being part of a union with pension opportunities. The workplace is part of the United Steelworkers union. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
