Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift, working from 4 PM to 2 AM. This role involves a variety of tasks, primarily responding to operator calls, and requires expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to operator calls and perform necessary troubleshooting.Troubleshoot and make minor edits to Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.Handle 3-phase and single-phase motors.Read and interpret electrical cabinet drawings and blueprints.Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.Rehome, set points, and start up Fanuc and Motoman robots.Replace sensors and vision system components.Essential SkillsProficiency in PLC troubleshooting with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.Experience with electrical troubleshooting, especially with 480V systems.Ability to work with Fanuc and Motoman robots.Competence in reading schematics and blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.Strong electrical skills are highly desired.No specific educational or certification requirements.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a spacious 80,000 square foot, clean, and temperature-controlled plant. It is a quiet facility with new LED lighting. The maintenance team consists of 15 technicians, with 3 on the 2nd shift and 2 on the 3rd shift. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and there is a $150 annual allowance for boots. The 2nd shift operates Monday to Friday with every other weekend required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
