**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing various duties related to the cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks for properties. You will be diagnosing and resolving diverse issues within complex environments, including tasks like repairing air conditioning systems, fixing electrical switches, unclogging drains, checking fluid levels, and replacing machine parts.
