Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician 2nd or 3rd Shift, Foods experience requiredResponsibilitiesAssists in the technical maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure that equipment operates reliably and efficiently. Performs preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and takes corrective actions to repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and electrical systems and returns equipment to service while minimizing machine down time.Provides technical repairs to complex electronic, mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)Troubleshoots, repairs, fabricates, and/or installs electronic systems, complex gauges, instrumentation repairs, and new parts including mechanical and electronic interfacesTroubleshoots, repairs, adjusts, installs, and programs electronic, electric and pneumatic controls and instrumentation used to control and measure equipment performance, access to buildings, building automation systems, fire protection systems, material handling systems (elevators, etc), and energy measurement systemsAssists production workers in diagnosing malfunctions in systems and equipment. Executes major equipment overhauls. Tests equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtimeOperates general machinery and tools including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, forklifts, etcInteracts with and maintains records in accordance with Maintenance Management System requirementsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
