Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical malfunctions. You will work with machinery and components such as 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Additionally, you will conduct routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasks, including inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and more. Utilizing prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs will be essential in this role.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshooting expertise.Industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in conveyor maintenance, dealing with low voltage troubleshooting including photo eyes and sensors.Mechanical experience, particularly with hydraulics and gear boxes.Work Environment

The work environment involves handling various machinery and components including 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment. The role requires routine inspections and maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
