Our client, a leading taste and nutrition company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will be a team player which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Calhoun, GA** **Pay Range: $30/hr** **Shift: 5:45pm-6:15am, 2/2/3 schedule** **What’s the Job?** + Work with Maintenance/Engineering leadership to complete repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting + Practice good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, complete preventative. maintenance and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. + Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair machinery such as extruders, mixers, conveyors, and metal detectors. + Install and maintain pipe systems and pneumatic equipment. **What’s Needed?** + Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. + Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide basic mechanical and electrical PM's + Ability to work alongside a team and maintain machines and production lines in an industrial manufacturing environment. + Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred **What’s in it for me?** + Comprehensive benefits package, + Incentive and recognition programs, + Equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
