Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in working on presses, particularly with Toshiba equipment. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting production, facility, and auxiliary equipment, including new injection molding machinery. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot production, facility, and auxiliary equipment including corrective and preventative maintenance. + Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts using hand tools or power tools. + Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments using hand tools or power tools. + Clean or lubricate machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. + Apply protective materials to equipment, components, and parts to prevent defects and corrosion. + Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. + Assemble and maintain physical structures using hand tools or power tools. + Provide assistance to more skilled workers involved in the adjustment, maintenance, part replacement, and repair of tools, equipment, and machines. + Comply with all company policies and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Experience in injection molding, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Preventive maintenance and repair experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Welding and PLC troubleshooting skills. + 5+ years of maintenance experience. + 3+ years of plastics industry experience. + 3+ years of electrical experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong communication and project prioritization skills. **Why Work Here?** The company values internal promotion and rewards hard work.
