**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Location:** **Garrettsville, OH** **Pay:** **27.75/hr** **Shift:** **3rd (10pm - 6am)** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on a variety of machines, including plastic injection molding equipment, servo robots, grinders, trimming equipment, and loader systems. You will be responsible for maintaining these machines, assisting with equipment installations and removals, and handling facilities maintenance as needed. Both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting are key components of this job. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair machines. + Maintain plastic injection molding equipment, servo robots, grinders, trimming equipment, and loader systems. + Perform facilities maintenance as required. + Assist with equipment installations and removals. + Work with 480V, 24V, AC/DC, and electrical schematics. + Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Perform additional preventative maintenance tasks. + Utilize blueprints, schematics, hydraulic schematics, and sketches to maintain equipment. + Engage in physical tasks, including standing on ladders and lifting 50+ lbs. + Perform welding as needed. **Essential Skills** + At least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Possession of basic hand tools (power tools are provided). + High school diploma. + Experience with 24V-480V electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with plastic injection molding machines is a plus. + Knowledge of PLCs is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a company where employees build long-term careers, with an average tenure of 20-30 years. Employees will train on the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, for at least one month before transitioning to night shifts from 10 pm to 6 am.
