**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive maintenance in a steel manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining roll forming machines, milling machines, and more. Candidates are required to have their own tools onsite. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment such as roll forming and milling machines. + Conduct reactive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge in pneumatics and industrial systems. + Repair and maintain conveyor systems, including welding and blueprint interpretation. + Utilize PLC troubleshooting to maintain equipment functionality. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. + Experience in industrial maintenance, specifically in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Skilled in welding and conveyor maintenance. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in maintenance within an industrial manufacturing environment. + Capability to provide own tools for onsite use. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy quarterly company lunches to celebrate occasions like July 4th, and are eligible to participate in monthly safety raffles with prizes ranging from $20 to $200.
