**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who excels in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with experience in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers).
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues within industrial equipment.
+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting to ensure the optimal functioning of electrical systems.
+ Utilize PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) for system diagnostics and improvements.
+ Maintain and repair heat treating equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
+ Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Competency in electrical troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred.
+ Knowledge of heat treating processes is advantageous.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
