**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team in Fort Wayne. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment used in the production of milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on conveyors, palletizing/wrapping machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines. + Work on label printers, fix and change pipes and valves, and maintain forklifts. + Conduct facilities maintenance tasks. + Be on call on Sundays, with the team taking turns. Whether called in or not, you will receive 4 hours of overtime pay. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, bearings, valves, and belts. + Experience in preventive maintenance and lock out tag out procedures. + Ability to interpret and work with blueprints. + Possession of own tooling (hand and power tools). **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values teamwork and continuous improvement. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hair nets, beard nets, steel-toed boots, and ear plugs. **Shifts available are 3rd (Monday-Friday) with overtime as needed.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of **Fort Wayne, Indiana.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
