Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities + Your expertise in mechanics, electronics, and welding will be essential as you work with electrical schematics, continuous improvement processes, and pneumatic systems + You will be tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, including robotic welding and tube lasers, to achieve overall production goals **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) projects to keep equipment running efficiently + Utilize a tablet to track and perform necessary PM tasks such as replacing pneumatics, sensors, motors, and gears + React promptly to equipment downtime, accounting for over 30% of work time + Troubleshoot electrical issues on machinery, including handling 24DC circuits up to 480V + Maintain and repair CO2 tube lasers, tube benders, and weld cells + Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics + Perform fabrication tasks, including building racks and carts **Essential Skills** + Proficient in electrical troubleshooting up to 480V + Strong mechanical skills with experience in troubleshooting and replacing air cylinders, pneumatic clamps, and sensors + Proven ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots in an industrial setting + Experience with industrial maintenance on machinery **Shifts** + Openings on all shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
