**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment in our facility + You are responsible for maintaining stamping press equipment and along with other equipment throughout the facility + The role involves conducting preventative maintenance on various projects and equipment 20% of the time, while dedicating 80% of the time to maintaining production by troubleshooting stamping presses, automatic feeders, coil spoils, and other facility-related equipment + The position requires knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, including 3 phase, 480V, and PLCs **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative maintenance on projects and equipment + Troubleshoot and maintain stamping presses, automatic feeders, and coil spoils + Perform electrical troubleshooting on 3 phase, 480V systems, and PLCs + Repair and maintain metal stamping presses + Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including welding carts and mounting sensors + Install, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic lines and sensors + Wire machinery and handle 480V, 3 phase electrical systems **Shifts** + Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
