**Job Title: Maintenance Technician, $31** **Job Description** We are seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining various food-grade equipment, including rollers, grinding machines, mixing tanks, batch tanks, dumpers, piston fillers, filling machines, chain drives, cutting equipment, conveyors, and other proprietary equipment. This role involves performing 80% mechanical and 20% electrical maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on food-grade equipment. + Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Change bearings, sprockets, and chains. + Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, valves, sensors, and pumps. + Perform machine realignments and conveyor maintenance. + Use a volt meter and perform basic wiring for machines. + Conduct TIG welding on stainless steel (not mandatory). + Read blueprints and hydraulic symbols. + Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. + Perform general shop clean-up and building maintenance. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of industrial experience. + Mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment. + Troubleshooting industrial machinery and performing preventive maintenance. + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to work at heights up to 15ft using boom lifts, scissor lifts, and jlg lifts. **Why Work Here?** Join a unionized plant with excellent benefits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage starting after 90 days.
