**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on motors, gears, shafts, bearings, hoppers, mixers, blenders, and pumps. The role includes welding and fabricating replacement parts using MIG or TIG techniques and performing general preventive maintenance, equipment installations, and condition monitoring. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on motors, hoppers, mixers, blenders, and pumps. + Replace and repair motors, gears, shafts, and bearings. + Weld and fabricate replacement parts using MIG or TIG techniques. + Troubleshoot basic mechanical drive systems. + Perform general preventive maintenance, installations, and condition monitoring of equipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Ability to work with high voltage (480v) and low control power. + Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, including Siemens and machinery from Mitsubishi and Panasonic. + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent schooling. + 1+ year of mechanical troubleshooting experience. + Mechanical troubleshooting and fabrication skills are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a family feel that values steady growth and employee development. We offer flexible scheduling across three shifts: 1st Shift (7:30am-4pm), 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am), and 3rd Shift (11:30pm-8am). The team is flexible, allowing optional work on Saturdays and the ability to leave once tasks are completed. Make up missed time during the week without using PTO.
