Join a dynamic team dedicated to producing Ethanol and supplying major gas stations within a 40 - 120 mile radius. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, tackling mechanical failures, and performing preventative maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesComplete preventative and planned maintenance tasks with precision.Analyze mechanical failures promptly and perform necessary repairs.Execute ad-hoc mechanical jobs swiftly and professionally.Maintain production equipment, including renewal, repair, and conversion of machine parts and components as needed.Troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair plant equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, slides, spouts, vehicles, blowers, compressors, and fans.Make necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain specified process parameters, including alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, and lubrication.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in Mechanical Troubleshooting.5+ years of experience in Preventative Maintenance.3+ years of experience repairing conveyors, valves, and motors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with conveyors and pumps.Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, schematic interpretation, industrial blueprint reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a GMP environment where proper PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs are required. The position is for the 3rd shift, working 4 days of 10.5 hours each, with potential schedules either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 pm to 7:30 am. Expect on-call duties once a month, possibly increasing to twice if there is a shortage of technicians. The climate is fair, neither too hot nor too cold, with a well-circulated and open facility.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.
