**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, and variable frequency drives. Your role will involve performing routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively. **Responsibilities** + Perform equipment maintenance and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper operation. + Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options. + Implement effective solutions for complex problems. + Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure machines are working properly. + Control the operation of equipment or systems. + Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical issues. **Work Environment** The work environment involves shifts from 6pm to 6am, Monday to Friday, with current requirements to work on Saturdays as well.
