**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues for a variety of equipment and processes. You will be responsible for installing new equipment and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery. This role demands a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. + Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality. + Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, replacing worn parts, and calibrating equipment. + Repair and troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues. + Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels. **Essential Skills** + Experience with wiring pumps and motors. + Experience repairing and working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Strong knowledge of boiler systems, including troubleshooting and repair. + Experience in MIG and stick welding and the ability to perform welding repairs as needed. + Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software. + Must be comfortable with heights up to 30 feet. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive benefits package, including a 401k match dollar for dollar up to 6%, medical, dental, and vision insurance with manageable premiums, and 9 paid holidays with double pay if you work a holiday.
