**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities** + **Inspect machinery** and equipment to **diagnose malfunctions.** + Perform **routine preventive maintenance** to ensure machines run smoothly. + **Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components** of machinery and equipment. + **Disassemble machinery** and equipment when there is a problem. + Repair or replace necessary parts, such as **gears, bearings, and valves.** + **Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections** , testing, or repairs. + **Clean, lubricate, and adjust** parts, equipment, and machinery. + **Examine parts for defects** such as breakage and excessive wear. **Essential Skills** + **Proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.** + Strong understanding of **hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.** + Ability to **read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.** + Skilled in preventive maintenance and repair. + Proficiency in **mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.** + Knowledge of **PLC troubleshooting and three-phase systems.** **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding skills, including **MIG and TIG.** + Experience in maintenance repair and **motor installation.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $79352.00 - $93350.40/yr.
