**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician will assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating the physical plant, buildings, and grounds. This role involves completing various handyman-level maintenance tasks, requiring familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical applications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in maintaining and operating the physical plant and buildings.
+ Perform handyman-level maintenance tasks.
+ Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical applications.
+ Ensure the upkeep of commercial facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Experience in commercial facilities maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of relevant experience.
+ Clean driving record.
+ Ability to provide excellent customer service.
+ Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs.
+ Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Work Environment**
This role is within a vibrant community association overseeing a 45-acre campus with various amenities. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with potential additional hours on weekends and evenings as required. The clubhouse offers a range of facilities including a fitness studio, gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and more.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
