Job Title:

Residential Maintenance Technician

Pay: 29/hr

Description:

Seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician that will cover 2 properties in Eagan & West St Paul.

Responsibilities:

•\tResponding to maintenance requests from residents

•\tTroubleshooting/repairing sinks, toilets, lightbulbs, HVAC, etc.

•\tPerforming preventative maintenance duties throughout the buildings

•\tMaintaining apartment pool

•\tChangeovers to prep vacant units for new residents

•\tVarious duties as needed to maintain and add value to the building

•\tMust be willing to be on call once every 7-8 weeks

•\tRoving throughout the Metro area
