**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. The role involves electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, ensuring the smooth operation of various equipment. The position requires working independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform 70% reactive maintenance and 30% preventative maintenance, prioritizing reactive tasks.
+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting using a voltmeter, reading prints and schematics (24-480V).
+ Engage in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
+ Work independently but collaborate with team members on shift, except during the initial training period when paired with a lead.
+ TIG weld on stainless steel if skilled in welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting with a voltmeter and schematics.
+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Strong communication skills to respond to work orders promptly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in TIG welding on stainless steel.
+ Ability to troubleshoot safety circuits and light curtains.
+ Basic PLC knowledge, specifically with Allen Bradley systems.
+ Mechanical trade experience with acquired electrical skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized. The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule, with hours roughly from 4 PM to 1 AM, following a 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.
