Description

Looking to hire 2 Maintenance Technicians out of start up operation in Tecumseh.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

-Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

-Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

-Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

-Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

1. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a blow molding environment.

a. They must have experience with extrusion or injection plastic blow molding.

2. Candidates must be a multi-craft maintenance technician.

a. They must be strong in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics.

Nice to Haves:

1. Would be great if they had some controls knowledge around Kuka specific robots. Although they would be putting this knowledge to use right away they have new machinery that will be installed soon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.
