Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday)Primary: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our growing production operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production line equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. This role starts with first-shift training before transitioning to the second shift.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.Maintain production line systems: conveyors, tanks, filling, packing, and stacking machines.Conduct mechanical work on pumps, motors, and valves.Perform electrical troubleshooting, including PLC systems.Assist with general facility maintenance tasks.Qualifications1+ year of industrial maintenance experience.Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and 3-phase electrical systems.Proficiency in mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and conveyor systems.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow technical instructions.Preferred SkillsWelding, fabrication, and installation experience.Field service or equipment installation background.Why Join Us?Work in a clean, modern, and expanding facility.Competitive pay and shift schedule.Excellent benefits package:Paid parental leaveGenerous PTOPremium medical insuranceFully covered dental and life insuranceMonthly catered meals and regular employee eventsWork EnvironmentFirst shift: Large team environment (up to 100 employees).Second shift: Smaller, independent team with less supervision—ideal for experienced technicians.
