The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of tools, general maintenance house or apartment which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Property Maintenance / Building Maintenance** **Location: Rochester, NY** **Pay Range: $23hr- $26hr** **What’s the Job?** + Building Maintenance; change lightbulbs, clean outs, some plumbing repairs, lawn maintenance. + Track and manage all work orders + Outdoor maintenance **What’s Needed?** + Basic Maintenance repairs + Some understanding of wall repairs + Valid Driver license + Must have personal vehicle (some traveling may required) **What’s in it for me?** + Training provided + Ability to go from temp to hire to permanent + Manpower Mypath training, ask us more about this!!
