**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery throughout the facility, including slitters, overhead cranes, and presses. You will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting of machines, specifically focusing on Allen Bradley PLC systems, 480v 3-phase systems, ladder logic, and inputs/outputs. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of machinery including slitters, overhead cranes, and presses. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley PLC systems. + Work with 480v 3-phase electrical systems, ladder logic, and inputs/outputs. + Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, hydraulics, motors, and other equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair components such as HDMI’s, sensors, and VFD’s. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance. + Proficiency in reading PLCs, including inputs, outputs, and ladder logic. + Experience working with 480v 3-phase electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with L&L computing systems is preferred. + Experience working on 1,000, 1,500, and 3,000-pound presses. + Willingness to work overtime and undergo training on the 1st shift. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of profit sharing and performance bonuses.
