ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with a focus on systems up to 480v and 3 phase.Work collaboratively with another technician during your shift.Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and manage work orders efficiently.Troubleshoot electrical components such as fuses, motors, and controllers.Handle mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, boilers, pumps, and air compressors.Engage in minor fabrication work as required.Read and interpret technical prints and schematics.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting up to 480v and 3 phase electrical systems.Experience with mechanical troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, boilers, pumps, and air compressors.Fabrication or welding experience.Ownership of basic hand tools.Why Apply?Direct HireUnionFull BenefitsPTOAnniversary BonusTool and Boot Allowance
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68328.00 - $73902.00/yr.
Union location. Will get into the union after 30 calendar days and then there is a 6 month probation period.
High deductible plan with an out of pocket max of $3500
Will pay $33.35 each pay check and this covers health, dental, and vision
HSA
12 paid holidays
Anniversary bonus after first year worked
Will get 5 unpaid vacation days to start (this can negotiated)
Then 40 hours the next calendar year
Provide tool and boot allowance each year
