Job Description
Join a dynamic food manufacturing team specializing in salad dressings and sauces, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing production lines that distribute products to various stores and restaurants. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be integral to ensuring the seamless operation of packaging machines and conveyor systems, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance and repairs on packaging machines and production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders, pumps, valves, and flow meters.Maintain and service case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers.Perform machinery conveyor repair, including 3-phase motors and cylinder repair.Troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, including programming and editing.Ensure all equipment adheres to safety circuits and standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance on machinery within a production environment.Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs for programming, edits, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with safety circuits.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing environment adhering to GMP standards. Choose from two shifts: 3rd Shift Weekend (11:00pm - 9:30am, Thursday - Sunday, 4-10 hour shifts) or 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85280.00/yr.
