Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position offers an opportunity to work from Sunday to Friday, with most Saturdays required, from 2:30pm to 10:30pm. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of technical skills to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks as per the daily schedule and additional tasks as required.Utilize basic mechanical skills, including knowledge of wrenches and sockets.Conduct safe operation of various hand tools, both electric and manual.Employ basic electrical knowledge, focusing on low and control voltage systems.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting using schematics, PLC controls, and electrical systems.Handle industrial maintenance tasks, preferably with prior experience.Utilize measurement tools such as tape measures, digital calipers, micrometers, and feeler gauges.Enter and close work orders using basic computer skills for record keeping.Essential SkillsBasic mechanical skills and knowledge of wrenches and sockets.Understanding of grease guns and O-ring replacement.Basic electrical knowledge focusing on low voltage and control voltage.Experience in industrial maintenance.Ability to operate hand tools safely, whether electric or manual.Competency with measurement tools, such as tape measures and digital calipers.Basic computer skills for record keeping and work order management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.Familiarity with preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting, and 3-phase electrical systems.Industrial maintenance experience for around 3 years preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment involves standard industrial maintenance tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires working independently off a task list and meeting responsibilities with minimal supervision. Employees are expected to be reliable, especially for Saturday shifts, with notice provided in advance. Dress code adheres to safety standards, and basic computer usage is necessary for record keeping.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
