Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. This role involves both mechanical and electrical repairs, machinery breakdown for cleaning, and start-up operations. The position will involve limited troubleshooting as the machines do not operate at night and will require work within a CMMS system for PMs and work orders.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on food processing equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance and break down machinery for cleaning.Assist in the start-up of machinery after cleaning.Operate within a CMMS system to manage preventive maintenance and work orders.Essential SkillsExperience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, and conveyors.Familiarity with control voltage systems including 24V and 3-phase up to 480V.Ability to troubleshoot and interpret blueprints, GMPs, schematics, mechanical and hydraulic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious maintenance experience is required.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing plant where adherence to daily GMPs is mandatory. The environment is refrigerated, and protective gowns and steel-toed boots are provided, along with both basic and specialty tools. Shifts are available across 1st (7 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd (11 PM - 7:30 AM) with initial orientation and GMP training scheduled on the first day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
