Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role requires a robust technical aptitude and the ability to work individually or as part of a team. This position encompasses a range of skill levels, each with varying degrees of expertise and responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.Interpret schematics and blueprints for effective problem-solving.Utilize PLC troubleshooting techniques to resolve industrial issues.Handle components like gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.Essential Skills2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.2+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic experience.2+ years of electrical experience (480v).Proficiency in troubleshooting air circuitry and electronics.Ability to use tools such as voltmeters for diagnostics.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of industrial pneumatics and hydraulics.Experience with schematic interpretation and repair work.Why Work Here?
