**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The maintenance technician will be responsible for working primarily on industrial machinery, with some building maintenance tasks as needed. The role focuses 80% on industrial machinery and 20% on building maintenance. The technician should be experienced with motors, 3-phase electrical systems up to 480 volts, and pneumatics. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot both older and newer machines, which may require learning new maintenance techniques. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery. + Conduct building maintenance tasks as necessary. + Troubleshoot and repair motors, 3-phase electrical systems, and pneumatics. + Work with electrical systems up to 480 volts. + Learn new methods for maintaining unique machinery. + Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs. + Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in troubleshooting industrial machinery. + Experience with 3-phase motors and pneumatics. + Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480 volts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding is a plus. + Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). **Why Work Here?** Join a large company that offers solid benefits and growth opportunities. The team currently consists of three technicians, with plans to expand to six. The work environment is well-lit and clean. Working hours are Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday shifts required. First shift runs from 5am to 5pm, and second shift runs from 5pm to 5am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
