Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM). This role involves a balanced mix of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on a range of CNC equipment. You will work with 29 CNC mills and 4 CNC lathes, providing essential maintenance support.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC equipment, including Vigels, OKKs, SWs, and Mazak mills, as well as Samsung and other lathes.Execute preventive maintenance tasks and respond to operator calls for equipment issues.Work with various systems and components such as VFDs, relays, Cognex vision systems, proximity switches, limit switches, sensors, contactors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Conduct minor fabrication and MIG welding as necessary.Maintain facility lighting, exhaust fans, compressors, and handle AC/DC systems up to 480V.Operate and troubleshoot Fanuc, Siemens (Step 7), and Mitsubishi controls.Rehome and set teach pins for Fanuc R-2000ia robots.Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC mechanical and electrical maintenance.Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controls.Ability to read and interpret schematics.1-2 years of multicraft experience required for entry-level positions.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo formal education or certifications required.5+ years of multicraft experience is preferred for advanced positions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is non-temperature controlled and non-unionized, within an automotive supply setting. Employees work with advanced CNC machinery and are expected to adapt to a variety of tasks and challenges.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
