**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician responsible for repair and maintenance activities at our plant. This role requires hands-on experience with equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform repair and maintenance tasks at the plant. + Change out rollers or conveyors as needed. + Work on motors to ensure they are functioning properly. + Conduct welding work as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting. + Familiarity with machine operating and production processes. + Ability to handle general labor tasks. + Competence with maintenance tools and techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 6+ months of previous maintenance work or related experience. + Experience with hand tools is preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer annual performance incentives, paid time off, and comprehensive insurance packages including medical, dental, and vision. Expect a dirty and dusty setting. The dress code requires closed-toed leather work boots and prohibits offensive language on clothing. Appropriate attire includes jeans or shorts and a t-shirt, with a light jacket recommended in winter. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 5 pm. PPE such as safety glasses, high-visibility vests, and hard hats are provided, while steel-toed boots must be supplied by the contractor. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Adel, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
