**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to work on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment for the manufacturer of automotive windshield glass. Your work will involve servo presses, hydraulics, linear bearings, and various other automated equipment. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment in an automotive windshield glass manufacturing environment. + Perform maintenance on servo presses, hydraulics, linear bearings, and automated equipment. + Read and understand ladder logic for troubleshooting. + Conduct preventive maintenance and welding tasks. + Work with high voltage systems and perform repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Provide support and maintenance for PLC systems, specifically RSLogix500. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of PLC troubleshooting experience. + 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read or understand ladder logic. + 1-2 years of experience with Fanuc or Robotics. + 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. + High voltage experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Technical or vocational degree in Industrial Maintenance is preferred. + Experience with ABB robots is a plus. + Experience in automotive manufacturing is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to work in a smaller, family-like environment where the maintenance team consists of only 8-10 members, and the production staff is around 50-60.
