**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair machines, report findings, and assist with the installation of new tools. You will be responsible for maintaining several welding machines, CNC lasers, CNC lathes, drill presses, press machines, plasma cutters, grinders, and more. Your role will also likely involve facilities maintenance and upkeep.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair machines, and report findings.
+ Assist with the installation of new tools.
+ Maintain welding machines, CNC lasers, CNC lathes, drill presses, press machines, plasma cutters, and grinders.
+ Perform facilities maintenance and upkeep.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5-8 years of maintenance experience.
+ Ability to install new equipment with the assistance of supplier technicians.
+ Knowledge of scheduled maintenance programs.
+ Troubleshoot alarms, PLC, HVAC, chillers, filters, PC issues, and down equipment.
+ Expertise in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, pneumatics, low voltage, and minor PLC troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Multi-craft background is ideal.
+ Experience with PM's, mechanical system troubleshooting on machinery, and facilities maintenance.
+ Skills in motors, bearings, industrial repair, electrical troubleshooting, high voltage, CNC laser setup, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
