**Job Title: Maintenance Technician $30/hr** **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on industrial machines. + Work with mechanical components including chains, sprockets, bearings, conveyors, and rollers. + Handle electrical components such as drives, relays, converters, PLCs, and motors. + Read and interpret relay logic and ladder diagrams. + Work with systems using 3-phase 480V electrical. + Use voltmeters and multimeters for troubleshooting. + Assist with facilities maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read relay logic and ladder diagrams. + Experience with mechanical components and electrical systems. + Proficiency in using voltmeters and multimeters. + Knowledge of 3-phase 480V electrical systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 2 weeks of vacation to start off and 1 week paid shutdown, providing a great work-life balance. **Work Environment** The position offers openings on three shifts: 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am. You will work with large carpet cutting machines that are loud and have fast-moving conveyors. The machines are older, and the climate is industrial. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
