**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Pay : up to 29+/hr based on experience** **Shift: 3rd shift, flexible times** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all production equipment and facility needs. This role requires a proactive approach to performing tasks in-house, including facilities work when needed, alongside regular industrial maintenance duties. A strong background in electrical maintenance and proven experience troubleshooting electrical systems is essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on all production equipment and facility needs. + Assist with facilities work and sanitation duties as required. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including conveyors, electric motors, and VFDs. + Read schematics, blueprints, and documentation to troubleshoot machinery. + Conduct pneumatic system troubleshooting. + Participate in scheduled the person twice a year, with advance notice. + Maintain basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience. + Understanding electrical schematics. + Proficiency with 3-phase wiring and electric motors. + Minimum of 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr. Eligible for participation in the company group medical, dental & vision programs. Eligible for participation on the 61st day of employment.
