**Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Carthage, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair extrusion presses, hydraulics, gear boxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing equipment, painting equipment, and press machines. + Read and understand blueprints and schematics. + Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery. + Perform welding tasks as needed. + Handle pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Troubleshoot PLCs and 3-phase electrical systems. + Maintain and repair motors and other electrical components. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical troubleshooting + Electrical troubleshooting + Industrial maintenance + Preventive maintenance + Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics + Welding + PLC troubleshooting + 3-phase electrical systems + Maintenance repair **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the convenience of an on-site medical facility and gym.
