**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes, and electrical systems at the site. The role requires expertise in high-level electrical equipment including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in electrical/electronic control troubleshooting and repair for machine controls, focusing on low voltage controls like PLC, Servo Motors, Stepper Motors, Encoders, Resolvers, Proximity switches, Reed Switches, AC Variable Frequency Drives, and DC Motor Drives. Welding or machining skills are advantageous. **Responsibilities** + Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts. + Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers, wiring, and electrical/electronic components of machinery and equipment. + Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair/replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. + Troubleshoot or repair machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers. + Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools. + Operate cutting torches to cut or join metal parts. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of electrical experience with PLCs. + 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience. + Ability to set up and operate basic manual metal fabrication machines. + Utilization of calibrated precision measuring instruments. + Reading and interpreting blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding experience is a plus. + Troubleshooting and repair capabilities. + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Ability to fit is a major plus. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a professional and respectful work environment with a commitment to maintaining a positive culture.
