**Description** The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing, packaging equipment, assembly equipment, molding machines, CNC machinery etc. **This is a mid shift opportunity:** **Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm** **Candidates must be available and open to training on 1st shift for the first 2-3 months. 1st shift is: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm** **Job duties include:** + Performing regular PMs, as well as troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment including + Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems + Plastic Injection Mold Machines + CNC Machinery and other automated machines + Conveyors and Packaging Equipment + Air Systems and Chillers + Trouble shoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems + Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions + Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists + Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment **Skills** Maintenance Technician, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Plastic Injection Molding, Mechanical, Electrical **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Qualified candidates must have the following: *Minimum 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment *Experience performing preventative maintenance on various equipment and machinery; best candidate will have experience performing maintenance on molding machines and equipment, packaging equipment and automated machinery *Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns of equipment and machinery *Minimum 2 years of basic electrical maintenance experience including wiring equipment and machinery, voltages and various electrical set ups *Experience with 3 phase, 480 volt is a plus but not required *2 years experience with hydraulics, fabrication and basic welding *Excellent work ethic with an eagerness to learn *Great job tenure *Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience with trade school experience **Manager is open to someone with a degree from Ranken and no hands on experience who may be a fit depending on personality and work ethic** **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
