**Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, where you will use your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of cutting-edge machinery. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This position requires a deep understanding of complex schematics, preventive maintenance methods, and the ability to work with hand tools and shop equipment. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, utilizing your working knowledge of three-phase electricity. + Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and troubleshoot PLC and CNC systems. + Troubleshoot and repair metal cutting and assembly machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures. + Read and interpret complex hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. + Perform realignment of mechanical systems using dial indicators or other measurement systems. + Conduct preventive maintenance on various equipment. + Utilize welding and pipe fitting skills as required. + Operate electrical test equipment such as voltmeters, amp probes, and oscilloscopes. + Use measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators effectively. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + PLC troubleshooting and programming skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Knowledge of wiring three-phase motors. + Strong mechanical repair skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC programming and robotics. + Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment. + Knowledge of welding and pipe fitting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive shift differential and the opportunity for early conversion to permanent status based on performance. Join a reactive maintenance team in a mass production plant, working a schedule of four 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6:30am. Initial training will be Monday to Friday for 8 hours during the day for one to two weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vonore, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.95 - $36.45/hr.
