Maintenance Technician
**Job Title:** Residential Maintenance Technician **Pay:** 29/hr **Description:** Seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician that will cover 2 properties in Eagan & West St Paul. **Responsibilities:** • Responding to maintenance requests from residents • Troubleshooting/repairing sinks, toilets, lightbulbs, HVAC, etc. • Performing preventative maintenance duties throughout the buildings • Maintaining apartment pool • Changeovers to prep vacant units for new residents • Various duties as needed to maintain and add value to the building • Must be willing to be on call once every 7-8 weeks **Worksite Location:** • Roving throughout the Metro area **Benefits:** • $100 monthly rent credit • Company paid vehicle and phone • 401K, PTO, and Insurance **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr. 401k PTO $100/month rent credit Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Company paid vehicle and credit card for gas **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Burnsville,MN. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jul 3, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
