Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and support for maintenance and project assignments across residential and commercial properties in downtown Seattle. This role involves a balance of hands-on fieldwork and office tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of company assets.
ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to staff and contractors for maintenance and projects.Identify and recommend maintenance or safety needs through company processes.Coordinate, organize, and execute specific tasks as directed.Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.Effectively delegate tasks and support Tech 1 functions.Utilize a reliable personal vehicle for work-related transportation.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in a multi-property setting, including commercial properties.Property maintenance experience, including basic electrical and plumbing.Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.Resourceful problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex issues.Safe and effective operation of hand/power tools, and light equipment.Understanding and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.Prudent use of company funds, equipment, and resources.Self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and schedules.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mechanical, electrical, preventive maintenance, repair, service, HVAC.Ability to complete assigned work and report results.Willingness to follow instructions and maintain a clean-cut appearance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work primarily in downtown Seattle properties with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. Be prepared for occasional on-call duties, mostly involving hands-on fieldwork. Engage in office work 40% of the time. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and involves physical activities such as lifting and walking distances.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
