Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 5pm-5am, 2/2/3 schedule weekly pay and overtime offered

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform essential maintenance and service on a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and repairing production machines and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of conveyor systems and other mechanical and electrical devices.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and P.L.C.'s.Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical.Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, along with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.Preventive maintenance experience.PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.Ability to work with industrial, schematic, and three-phase systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-4 years of experience troubleshooting PLC's.2-4 years of experience testing, installing, and maintaining relays.2-4 years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.2-4 years of PLC programming.2-4 years of electrical maintenance work.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
