**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a knowledgeable Maintenance Technician who is familiar with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. You will be responsible for installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics. Proficiency in using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment is essential. **Responsibilities** + Install and replace electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to schematics. + Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, including instrumentation devices and related information systems. + Ensure proper operation of equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments. + Handle 480v equipment and perform troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the extrusion industry (not required) + Proficiency with thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers + Experience with DC motors, drives, and heater circuits + Experience in heater controls **Why Work Here?** Join a growing and recession-proof industry offering medical, dental, and vision benefits.
