Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manufacturing Technician to join their team. In this role you will be part of the operations team supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Shelton, CT
**Pay Range:** Based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform maintenance and repair tasks on manufacturing equipment.
+ Diagnose electrical issues, specifically with 480 volts systems.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance.
+ Document maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems, particularly 480 volts.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Willingness to work from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
