**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance. Your role involves troubleshooting and repairing blow molding machines, extrusion machines, conveyors, and more. You will handle mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as facilities repairs when necessary. Utilization of blueprints and schematics for repairs is essential. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair blow molding, extrusion machines, and conveyors. + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed. + Address facilities repair requirements when necessary. + Utilize blueprints and schematics to facilitate repairs. + Handle thermoforming, sheet/roll fed, heater bands, and sequencing. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, particularly with PLCs. + Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V. + Competency in mathematics, including fractions, addition/subtraction, and measuring. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Knowledge of hydraulics, welding, stick welding, and fabrication. **Work Environment** The position will initially train on the first shift, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. It will then transition to a rotating overnight shift, scheduled for 12 hours from 6pm to 6am. The role is situated on the manufacturing floor, where the facility is well-organized but experiences temperature variations, becoming hot in the summer and cold in the winter. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
