Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical repairs, specifically within the last 1-3 years. This position is for the 1st shift, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on production equipment, including CNC machines such as mills and lathes. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems. + Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge in maintenance tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of experience in production equipment maintenance. + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Knowledge of CNC machines, including mills and lathes. + Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience. + 4+ years of electrical and mechanical experience. + 4+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic experience. + Experience working with 480V and 3 phase motors. + Mig welding skills. + HVAC knowledge. + Forklift maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits such as tuition reimbursement and paid time off during shutdown periods. The environment requires hands-on work and the ability to handle physical tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
